This page is intended to provide resources to assist you with the summer 2023 P-EBT (Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer) benefit and answering any questions about the program.
Please note that the Department of Human Services (DHS) has a new P-EBT Inquiry Portal at https://www.pennebt.com/en/ . Do not use any previous links. The inquiry portal is for parents to submit specific questions to DHS about their child’s P-EBT benefits. This portal is separate from the Parent Portal that parents can use to look up whether their child was determined eligible for P-EBT and to request a replacement card. Descriptions of these two resources along with others such as the DHS P-EBT family hotline number are included in the Family Guide.
