An unlawful act taking place on or off school property may result in suspension or expulsion, as well as police involvement in addition to penalties from the court.
If a student is presently attending or applying to Philadelphia Electrical and Technology Charter High School, and is found guilty of a juvenile or adult crime, and is reported to school administration, the student is liable for dismissal from Philadelphia Electrical and Technology Charter High School or may be refused admission.
